I ORDERED A PRODUCT WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

All of our products are produced to order, so it depends on current orders for the specific product. All items are generally printed and shipped less than 24 hours after your order. We ship all products using the best shipping method according to the country. Current average delivery times are 2-4 weeks.

NOTE : We are not responsible for delays and / or loss of goods due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if incorrectly shipped by customer. We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order needs to be shipped more than once.

THE SHIPPING ADDRESS HAS BEEN MENTIONED, CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens please email us as soon as possible. WE CAN help you. We start working on your order as soon as it is received, and in most cases we ship it right away. We understand that it is very frustrating when you make a mistake like this, we will try our best to help you.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving yours.

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received, it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:

Defective ITEMS : damaged / broken or dirty upon arrival. Packages that are lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes his mind after receiving his orders.

Note : We will not be responsible for any loss or diversion of packages. Make sure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid losses in the mail or other setbacks.

Cancellations :
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please note that there is a $ 4.95 cancellation fee for system transactions. Be sure to carefully read our descriptions and processing times.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
When your order passes QA and is marked for shipping, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information.
